A suspect wanted for the armed robbery of a store in Knox County Wednesday night has been charged with aggravated robbery. Thirty-one year old Joseph Duggan of Waller Ferry in Lenoir City robbed the Mr. Gas on Kingston Pike armed with a pocket knife. His bond was set at $44,000. He was spotted driving the same car used in the hold-up by the Tennessee Highway Patrol as he drove west on I-40 around 11:30 Thursday morning. He refused to stop and lead THP on a pursuit until it ended on Kingston Pike in Farragut. THP has charged him with evading arrest and reckless endangerment. He was on parole in Loudon County for robbery.
